You've probably been smoking many years in case you are reading this article. By now you know what comes together with smoking tobacco products...declining health, maybe a chronic cough, stench, expense, burns in clothing and cars, dirty ashtrays, yellow teeth, higher coverage premiums, shortness of breath, and yet you-still do it. I smoked for 17 years, and I finally began vaping when I just couldn't breath! I was out of breath going up 1 flight of stairs! 1! I tried cold turkey quitting multiple times and failed. I am now off of tobacco cigarettes 100%!

Why do we smoke as we know it's among the dumbest habits we could ever pick up??

Because of that lovely chemical we call nicotine. Nicotine in and of itself isn't that bad, it's the additives and chemicals added to buying electric cigarettes that wreck your health. Nicotine doesn't stick around your body for long. It has a half-life of about 60 minutes, meaning that six hours after a cigarette, directly about 0.031 mg of the 1 mg of nicotine you inhaled remains in your body. So...you want more, and also you want to keep those levels even within your bloodstream throughout the day. Nicotine will be around as harmless as caffeine in the human body.

Nicotine initially causes a rapid release of adrenaline, the "fight-or-flight" hormone.

Vaping is for current adult smokers , that want to continue their habit at a reduced risk to their health. For this reason I made the switch. Vaping has been gaining momentum and popularity in the last few years!

Vaping utilizes a Propylene Glycol or Vegetable Glycerin based liquid, mixed with small amounts of nicotine and flavoring that get vaporized in a small battery powered atomizer. Simulating the knowledge of smoking. The vapor created is inhaled and exhaled much like cigarette smoke hence the term “VAPING” instead of “SMOKING”

Vaping is just like smoking, and in all likelihood the only cessation tool that mimics smoking so precisely. Making it easier to transition from tobacco cigarettes, to vaping, to nicotine independence!

There is a slight change in the habit that occurs because you need to get used to using a machine to deliver your nicotine. No more lighters, packs of cigarettes, matches, etc...

The devices mimic a cigarette but are generally heavier and also have many options. Vaping fluid, ejuice or eliquid comes in several tobacco flavors, fruit flavors, coffee flavors, various levels of nicotine (in case you are choosing Vaping for cessation, this gives one the choice to "step" down on nicotine levels before quitting, much like Nicoret), it is a really great option. You may also buy eliquid in a vitamin form, that has no nicotine and is simply "inhaled vitamins" such as vitamin A, D, E.

I like the tantalizing things I can do to my taste buds with Vaping, I never feel deprived or proceed through withdrawal unless I decide to do so. The downside is getting use to the new form of the way you get the nicotine, but as soon as you do, you start reaping rewards immediately. You might find you need a higher dose of ejuice and step down to lower levels at the start. Feeling of smell and taste return, you no longer smell like a cigarette, you're not polluting friends or family with your habit, no more car stench or burn marks on your clothes, no more worry of burning your house down, your teeth get super white, and toxins in your lungs begin to expel through your body!

Within this day and age, smoking is frowned upon. It's not popular, it doesn't make you cool, trendy, or smart, and really...it's just plain old rude. Vaping will be the "smart" alternative, until you quit using nicotine.

Many people say that Vaping is really worse for your health then smoking. I am not falling because of this. You don't have to have a high IQ to learn that Vaping is the healthier safer alternative. It has 3-4 chemicals. Smoking has thousands. And it's much nicer on your wallet! And lets be realistic, if you have smoked for per year or longer, how concerned have you honestly been about your health? Vaping is not as dangerous or damaging as smoking.

There are still small dangers linked to nicotine use, so caution is still advised when ingesting it. As a pure drug, nicotine has few negative effects on physical health, however it does raise blood pressure level and accelerates the progression of heart and arterial disease. So quitting altogether will be the ideal goal.

My personal favorite of vaporizers
Vapermate is by far my favorite and preferred choice for electronic cigarettes. They are durable, rechargeable, and also have various tank sizes, mouth pieces, batteries, and lots of other accessories. Most have tanks which require replacing wicks, or using disposable tanks, nevertheless they also have a tank that does not require any of that. It's simply a piece that connects to a battery, you add a few drops of your favorite ejuice (about 5), get about 15 hits off of it, then have to add a number of more drops. It's a little inconvenient but it does not leak, and it provides the top realistic "throat hit", a good choice for someone new to this method of using nicotine. Try the Vapermate brand and you will be a non-tobacco smoker in no time!

To Vape or not to Vape Will be the Question...
For me, the answer is...YES. Vaping will be the answer. I am not ready to quit nicotine, but I am ready to give up smoking and all the gross things which come together with it!

If you or possibly a loved one would rely on nicotine, you should really consider making this switch. You will add years to your life and save money until you may kick the habit entirely.
